Grace sounds like a full cup. Grace sounds like it is running over. Grace comes from a well so deep that it is >greater than I can fathom. No one knows its depths but the Father and Son. It doesn’t dry up. Grace must sound like happiness since it is free. We choose to receive it and freely give it.
Grace must sound heavenly since it comes from God. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8 It must sound like the opening of a present on Christmas morning.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10 Do my footsteps sound like grace in the places I walk? Does His grace really cover me? It must sound sweet.
Grace sounds like God moving closer and closer to me. It’s a provision of abundance He wants me to lavish on His kingdom here on earth. Grace sounds like the clock ticking and God telling me not to worry because He will never run out of time. Grace sounds like the assurance of a daddy telling his daughter, “it’s all going to be okay.”
His grace is limit-less. God’s grace has no limit of how Jesus is going to get to you and me. He answers all the 911 calls, He is on a rescue mission. He is attracted to our weaknesses. He is strong where we are weak. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, have an abundance for every good work. 2 Cor. 9:8
Grace means to get something that you do not deserve; unmerited favor.
Grace sounds like the ransom being paid for our sins. We’ll never know how much it cost. It sounds like the stone being rolled away. Jesus Messiah is grace perfected. Has anyone seen the face of Jesus? Seeing Him IS seeing perfection.
Have you not seen, have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. There is no searching of His understanding. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:28-31
Grace sounds STRONG and MIGHTY. It sounds like He is watching, He sees all, His mighty hand catches us at the moment we need it. For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. 2 Chronicles 16:9
It sounds like He is for me, not against me.
His grace sounds amazing. AMAZING GRACE
